Welcome to Fugett Middle School!
Tips to Remember
To all parents, guardians, and guests: You must come into the office to be checked in via the RAPTOR system with your driver’s license and receive a Visitor’s Badge prior to going anywhere in the building. Your license will be scanned in September and again in January. We appreciate your cooperation and assistance in helping to make and keep our school safe.
ABSENTEE/LATE HOTLINE - Please call 484-266-2910 and leave a message when you know your child will be absent from school or late. (Please do not call 484-266-2918.) You can call the number at any time. You must also send in a written excuse form within three days of an absence, which may be found on our website under the “Our School” heading.
STUDENT DROP OFF AND PICK UP - School begins at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 2:15 p.m. Parents wishing to drop off or pick up may do so using Fugett’s main entrance, which faces Paoli Pike. For the safety of everyone, parents should ONLY drop their children off in the designated drop off circle. Parents, please use extreme caution while driving through the campus and follow the guidance of our staff members who are there to assist you. Parents, please note students will not be received at school until 7:00 am. Please do not drop students off earlier as they will not be able to enter the building.
WATER BOTTLES AND LUNCH – Your student may bring a WATER BOTTLE to keep on their desk to sip throughout the day. Please no juice or soda! You may bring your lunch or buy it in the cafeteria. Weather permitting; students will periodically have some type of recess activity during the last 10 minutes of their lunch period.

VOLUNTEER CLEARANCES - If you think you will volunteer during the year or would want to chaperone on a field trip, you are required to have clearances on file at school. If you do not already have clearances, is it suggested you apply for the clearances now. The full policy and forms can be viewed on the district website. If you have children at multiple school levels, clearances will be kept on file at the elementary school or the lowest level at which you have children.
SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST - A list of supplies needed for all grades may be found on the school website.
ACTIVITY FEE - An Activity Fee will need to be paid for participation in any extra-curricular activities. At the middle school level, the fee is $75 and required for participation in funded activities and sports. Additional information and forms may be found on the district website. Activity fees not paid will result in a student being dropped from the activity.
NURSE - Our school nurse, Mrs. Criscuolo (email@example.com), is here every day to help anyone who needs it! If your child has any allergies, asthma, or special medication needs, please make sure to have all of their medications and forms turned in to Mrs. Criscuolo.

Please don’t hesitate to get involved and support your child’s school! Look for sign-ups throughout the year via the Fugett Flash and School Messenger emails.
