All medications (prescription and non-prescription) must be dispensed by the school nurse. All medications must be in the original labeled container with a note from the doctor AND parent. We file both notes in your child’s health record at the end of the school year. We cannot file the label from your child’s medication container!

Please do not send pills to school in a baggie or any container that is not the original one the medication came in. Tylenol and Ibuprofen products are the only analgesics we are permitted to dispense. Benadryl is given for bee stings only. We cannot give it for seasonal/environmental allergies.
