How counselors specifically guide sophomores as a group.

Sophomore Developmental Program

In mid-April, counselors meet with sophomores in class size groups (English classes) to continue the development of their Individual Goal Plan (IGP) in Naviance (an online career and college guidance system), with the focus on career assessments and researching occupations. Each student will use the 'Cluster Finder' and  'Personality Type' questionnaires.The results of these assessments produce career clusters which students are able to explore more in-depth.
