Having been raised in Chester County, nothing gives me more pleasure than being part of the West Chester Area School District where I can not only give back to my community but also make a positive impact. While I enjoyed my time as an English teacher and frequently miss the daily interaction with a core group of students, becoming an assistant principal has been equally rewarding. At WC East High School, I love working with our students and seeing them grow as the years go on. I also appreciate our staff’s efforts as they put students’ best interests first. Our staff’s diligent efforts along with our supportive parents and community make East what it is – an incredible place to learn, grow, and achieve.

As an educator, my philosophy revolves around building students’ skills and fostering a growth-oriented mindset within each of our students. While our students face an increasingly competitive and complicated world, if they leave East with exceptional skills and an unwavering, growth mindset, they will be able to accomplish anything.
