  • WHAT IS PTOC?

    PTOC is comprised of representatives from the 17 PTOs and HSAs in the West Chester Area School District.

    PURPOSE:

    (1) Provide and promote communication...

    Across School Parent Teacher Organizations (PTO) and Home and School Associations (HSA)
    Between Parents and School District Administration
    Between Parents and School Board

    (2) Support the District and School Board with parent volunteers as needed.

    MEMBERSHIP:

    PTOC Board is elected at the end of each school year. Board members are as follows for the 2024-25 school year:

    MEETING CONTENT:

    PTOC meets the third Thursday of every month from September through May.

    PTOC Business (exchange of information and follow-up related to school operations, school board activity, district policies, etc.)
    Administration reports
    Special topics (generated at the September meeting by PTOC members and addressed throughout the year)
