The Pennsylvania Department of Education outlines in Chapter 4 the Planning Requirements for the Comprehensive Plan, Special Education Plan, Professional Education Plan, and Induction Plan.
The following plans must be made available for public inspection and comments for 28 days. The public may comment on any of these plans by emailing: WCASDCompplan@wcasd.net.
Comprehensive planning affords school districts an opportunity to determine priorities and establish goals and related action plans for a three-year period.
