As the first link to newcomers to our area, realtors are key communicators in our community. The West Chester Area School District holds a Realtor Summit bi-annually to provide information on our District and gives the opportunity for district administrators to obtain feedback from realtors on perceptions of our schools.

The housing market is expected to continue rebounding from the economic downturn. Realtors will be better able to serve a growing list of clients when armed with the latest facts, figures, and trends relative to the WCASD and the District's positive impact on this area as a place to live, work, and raise a family.
