THE FOLLOWING ARE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF, CERTIFIED TEACHING STAFF, AND SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT APPLICANTS:
• Completed online West Chester Area School District application
• Copies of all current criminal checks required under the Act 114, Act 34 & Act 151. These criminal checks must have been completed within 12 months of district hire date and include the following:
• Act 114 Federal Criminal History Check Our service code is 1KG6XN
• Act 34 State Criminal History Request Form (SP4 164)
• Act 151 PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form (CY113)
