    Dr. Jeffrey Bernstein shares high impact tools for teens’ biggest demands – school, social connections, body-image, and family dynamics.

    Teens can regain control of their emotions with:
    Mindfulness to calm down and clear the mind from upsetting thoughts and feelings.
    CBT to identify, challenge, and reclaim control over negative thoughts that spark anxiety, sadness, and anger.
    Positive Psychology tools to discover hidden strengths, gain grit, think optimistically, and get back all the good stuff in life.

    With over 32 years of experience specializing in child, adolescent, couples, and family therapy, Dr. Jeffery Bernstein has appeared on the Today Show and on national radio. Dr. Jeff is the author of several books including The Stress Survival Guide for Teens, Mindfulness for Teen Worry, 10 Days to a Less Defiant Child, and the Letting Go of Anger Card Deck for Teens.
